    The biggest issue with idc is how will the capex be funded. Reading between the lines of the recent announcement I'd say most of the 100 mill figure will come from CR.

    I'm guessing issued shares will end up being between 1.5 and 2 billion.

    Dilution is never ideal but I guess that's all part of the game.
