Hate is such a strong word yet is used when someone might simply not like, or not choose that topic.

The opposing view then uses emotive words like hate to denigrate or dismiss the other.

Here's some more things you can add to the list of things I don't like as a right leaning person;

Erosion of privacy
Erosion of freedom
Increased surveillance
Laws passed to restrict speech
Diminished use of cash
Growing culture of dobbing
Political correctness
Lack of plain speaking
Increased regulation and laws
Rising government debt
Lack of talent in major parties esp federal level
Over reliance on China
Too many hands out, not enough lending a hand
