R.e Haggis, I believe it was originally a greek thing, but I am sure lots of cultures eat their offal somehow..in Australia for instance it's called a meat pie...(which you didnt invent but are seemingly obsessed with using it as a national icon, like beer that can only be drunk at sub-zero temperatures and crap cars that GM subsidise and are usually engineered in Germany (Opal) or Britain (Vauxhall).
