Lappy, the CBD in those days was dominated by Greek and Italian cafe owners. Those you talk about dominated St.Kilda, Balaclava and parts of Caulfield.
No acknowledgement that you were two decades wrong on the Yellow Peril.
Andrews never had a policy to reduce congestion in the CBD. In fact the infrastructure you talk about for the Western Suburbs in all likelihood will create great congestion around Festival Hall as that is where Westgate Tunnel traffic will enter the CBD.
People working from home and not at a desk in the CBD has no impact on CBD property prices. I dare you to prove your point with facts.
As far as saying the Coalition failed to providevinfrastructure, the Labor party has been in power in Victoria for 21 of the last 25 years. So who is responsible?
You just keep pulling stories out of your rear end and they are all wrong. But hey never let facts get in the way of a left leaning lie.
