@Newton999; only a decade of Coalition government has done less than what Labor has for 'young Australian families' since May 2022.

Australians need to remember that Gough Whitlam opened tertiary education up to ALL Australians - making it $Free. Since then both Coalition and Labor governments have imposed HECS on their backs - forcing them into huge debts before they even finish their education.

As for the cost of rent / housing; the Coalition's Ponzinomics has made it virtually impossible for youngsters without access to the Bank of Mum and Dad to enter the housing market.
