    Lappy, your local Health Service is slated to merge and/or face a 30% funding cut. A direct result of building unproductive, over-priced infrastructure years and years late in Melbourne.

    In other words Jacinta Allan and Tim Pallas have run Victoria out of money and the no vote Labor regional areas are about to suffer.
