    I wouldn't expect a formal reply from CBS,but a quick phone call to them may allay any doubts you have as to the intent of the dispute on the tenements.As for Vale,I'm pretty sure HC isn't translated into Portuguese for them to monitor.As I noted,draw your own conclusion.
