expect a sizable consolidation of your existing shares guys. ie 100 to 1 maybe, then all the debt turned to equity at the new shareprice, leaving existing holders with next to nothing.

I held this piece of cr@p at $7 and sold them at $2, luckily it was only 5000 shares.
