but you have to AOC puting in another $13m (with still another $12m to be raised and spent), siesmic still being done, negotiations with offshore in progress, full support of Puntland Govt, TFG a basket case, equipment and labour on the ground, AOC shareprice stable, its moving ahead slowly....
