genthree think about this, no one whats OZL to do well more than me...here are a few small facts you're over looking... we need banks to re finance us now if they don't we are dead, there no use saying OZL 2 to 3 years down the track we will be a power house again. Unless you strongly believe in reincarnation which of course is possible, but to count on it would be a huge mistake. definitely not the way to go.
