EM1 board members are also on boards of other ASX listed companies eg VR1 and DOU. Those don't seem to be under suspicion of anything underhanded. In my mind that makes it less likely that EM1 is a dodgy brothers outfit. I suspect they went with C1 to reach non western world. Unfortunately C1 had developed a bad name in some jurisdictions so that wasn't a great idea imo. The 64.5/36.5 revenue spilt (EM1/C1) works for both companies. EM1 doesn't have to outlay for marketing and C1 leverages their membership base for additional revenue. I'm not sure C1 was in a position to buy EM1. That seems unlikely to me.
