A little about Greenscape recentactivities.

From  Sept 25 till Oct.  15 they bought  4,403,184 shares with $7,588,258   which means they paid  average of 1.72 a share.   

Then from 1 November till 1 Novembertill  23 Nov they sold   7,214,929 shares for $ 15,677,929 for an average of  $2.17 a share.

Then prices fell so from 11-27 to  DEC 19  they bought 9,321,188  shares for 15,605,726.   Average price $1.67   the totals are more interesting

 

 

They netted out 6,409,443 shares onlyspending $1,172,804 or 1.17 a share.  

  Now AUS has said this about Greencape.   “Greencape to 8.23%, that's called conviction!”   While describing my sell and rebuy with many statement that I would not care to repeat.   

 

I willadmit that I have a longer time frame that is more news based than price.  I am both earlier on sell and later on buy than Greencape.  

Aus didnot mention all this selling activity when he posted his accolades.   Did he not read the release or was he hoping that no one else would?   Who knows?      All holders of this stock should consider if Greencape puts a cape of $2.xx on the stock.  Very important if you are considering a sell and buy approach.   

I donot care if any one does what I say I am just trying to give alternatives tothe GO GO Lynas approach.   Since I am news based the price will not change my actions at all.

I didnot enter the data.  I was using my Adobe editor for something else when Irealized I could print the tables from press release.  Scan them back in as PDF then convert to excel using the Adobe editor.   I am getting old or I would have thought of this earlier.  Just think about it then do what you think is best.  Just trying to create alternatives.
