Allthe things you accuse me off are true. Lynas was a very big part of my Portfolio. I felt NC was a very bad manager who just did not care about the lamps. I tried to tell people about this and promote discussion. I was firmly shouted down. I said I would sell if he did certain things in next CC. He did I did. Price was over 1.40 $14 today. I do not know exact count but I have been in and out many times, I firmly believe with AL Lynas will be successful, turning profits most of the time. I accumulated several times in the first half of this year ending in May. I sold out in the middle of summer because of dropping REO prices and deteriorating WW economies and a fear of Trump and most importantly the AR showing the decline from 50M H! to 4 M H2 in profits. This selling was not specific to Lynas in fact I sold many of my aggressive growth companies for Value companies while I was accumulating Lynas. I was told I was crazy for doing this.
Inprivate life I am much more positive on Lynas than this board. I have talked several people into buying then selling. I will readily admit I am negative on this board. Someone has to give some negatives to all the blind GO GO Lynas statements.
Thefollowing actions has greatly improved the performance on my portfolio. When I buy a stock I write down why I bought it. What items should cause me to sell, what items should cause me to buy more. Depending on stock I review this once a year when AR comes out. Or every Quarter. Or aggressive growth stocks like Lynas monthly. So many on this board seem to think Lynas is a low risk investment I feel someone has to point out the negatives. I work hard to point out the positives as well. Look at my position on the NUF storage license that expires mid February. I firmly believe this will be resolved, have said this about all Malaysians issues consistently for a long time. If it is not then the lamp is shut down. The SP will be cut in half from todays levels. Many on this board just ignore this and pretend that the operating license in September is the only issue.

Asfar as AUS goes I only go after him when he is out to deceive. As price has falling instead of explaining and helping he makes up positives. When Prices were falling he constantly said I was disseminating bad info when I mentioned REO prices steep decline. Post #: 35591258 Still does this today. I stopped using public places for long term comments on prices and only used Q reports. Now he says the only thing that counts is comparisons with two years ago. I posted every one of the last 3 rises in ND. Not a word. I post two declines both smaller than the rises and He says I do not understand what is going on. Post #: 36883705 When he was arguing for his beloved mild hybred nothing but bad for EV vehicles constantly emphasized the problems with grid power ( which I strongly agree with) Cost and Pollution pointed out that a battery with high charge and discharge rate efficiency was needed before EVs could cost less and pollute less, Or a mjor improvement in grid power. Now less than 6 months later he is touting that EVs will soon cause Perm magnet demand to rise. It is fine to change your mind but some idea why, would be nice. I am not always against him I have marked some of his post with great analysis. Some of my stronger ideas have come from him. Right now I think he feels threatened by Lynas SP and that makes him say anything he wants to boost Lynas. He continually says he presents an unbiased opinion on things around Lynas. I have asked him for a post number of any thing cautionary he has said about lynas in the last year. He has never replied. I can give you many positive posts I have made.
Hestrongly disagrees with me about the importance of ICE vehicles, which is fine, I never thought of this till it was Mentioned in AR ( I think page 12) It is fine for him to disagree. Why can he not just state his opinion? Instead he gives little facts and says I don’t get it. I have to learn from him what is important. I try never to respond with the same, It is hard not to slip sometimes. Why don’t you ask him why he cannot just respond with a well-rounded argument which I would welcome.
He constantly says he is unbiased and is out to provide a rounded review. I have never seen one caution on Lynas and he has never provided one when asked.
Onelast issue he consistently trys to make the current SP problem all about Malaysia. The AR came out on September 24th Look at a SP chart. Look at announcements Lynas’s home page and line up what caused some of the drops.
Malaysiais responsible for the Majority of the fall, but not all. I firmly believe that it will be resolved. The stock will pop 25% maybe more. Until Lynas shows profits to justify it’s PE it will be just that a pop. Every stock holder should be looking at what it will take for Lynas to justify its SP in next year and deciding what to do. Aus does not want that to happen.
Ifirmly believed in Amazon bought them early. Own stock in them today. But when their market cap was more than Boing and GM combined I knew it was too good, sold all and actually shorted them before the DOT COM crash. Just because someone believes in a stock does not mean they should not do analysis and sell when future does not look good. Unless Malaysia goes very bad I fully expect to own Lynas again in a year or two. I want other stock holders to understand Lynas not just be GO GO. Look at the recent post of those who say they are out forever. These are people that did not understand pro’s and con’s and therefor were left confused.
I do hold but it is just shares that were left from partial fills when I sold all my Lynas stock last summer. Volume is small and it is just not worth it to sell. Maybe not held would be more acurate but that would not be true.
