GRD: i wonder whether GRL has lost other contracts for which
they tendered in Britain. the technology may very well
be first rate. perhaps it is inordinately expensive. after
all, we are 7 months into the year, and GRL has still to
land a further contract. this does not exactly fill me
with confidence.
