It's not as binary as you make out.
Any BoD should work to instill confidence for all shareholders.
Being significantly invested in the company themselves is an important start but so also is staying significantly invested.
Selling 40% of your holding is not.
Add to this other renumeration issues (spoken of in other threads), you simply don't have the quality of leadership found in other companies.
This isn't 'self righteousness' talk it's an objective assessment.
