    I don't think much of the IDO1 inhibitor in comparison to Cavatak. However I will look at those results more thoroughly.

    Cavatak is (now) a targeting mechanism, while the checkpoint-inhibitor super charges the immune response (inhibits the automatic down-regulators abused by tumours under attack).

    IDO1 inhibitor plus another checkpoint-inhibitor is less exciting to me.
