Grant Samuel saying stock is valued between 64 to 71 cents with the transaction taking place ,yet numerous brokers icluding Charlie Aitken have said it is worth more than this pre merger.You have got to be crazy to accept this deal if you believe what these learnered folk are telling us.Think about it ,think about the dilution and think about what you personally as a shareholder will gain.As you may gather from my tone ,they will not be getting my vote.
