    Interesting that all the parasites - oops I mean advisors - to this deal are adamant that ASIC is wrong! However, most long suffering CQT shareholders know that this is a dud deal where we lose control of our asset for sweet jexie all - and certainly not with any "change of control" premium (which is what ASIC is concerned about!).
