I have a feeling that the price of CQT and CAH will rise on the lead up to the vote (as it has in the last week)... This should, in theory, provide some motivation for all involved to vote in favour and not oppose.
It's hard to say where the CQT share price would have been in this environment but for the merger, but i expect that it has been dragged down by CAH in the past months.
I'm still undecided as to which way to vote, much can change between then and now.
