    This will need negotiations. Your American plants will never get passed. Native laws will stop. MALI is a corruption beehive, they will keep taxing / royalties out for the Company eventually selling out to them out if patience. I feel for this deal to be fair, reduce the board..8 too many ineffective to run two boards in one Corp now. Sayona retains a 70% cut, to offset the non-productive assets. what's your thoughts PLL holders, we got a deal!
