PDN traded at $1 last week. They issued 15% at a 30c discount which gave away 4.5c.
In exchange we cut the risk profile of equity substantially. The sword hanging over our heads is deferred for some time.
If you believe the Uranium shortage thesis, buy today at under 73, a small premium to the "big boys". PDN can now wait for the Uranium price to turn.
It is a no brainer.
It could go lower but the momentum trade on this news should be short lived.
