Ben Bernanke not to long ago stated something along the lines of that the "crash of 2015 won't wait if regulations are not put into place".

Now the real concrete financial regulations are said not to come into effect until 2018.

Piecing 2 and 2 together it seems the power structure want to ensure the economy does OK until 2015 until which point they will smash it again. Conveniently for them the concrete financial regulations will not be in place until 2018. There does seem to be a lot of pre-programing of the masses that something will happen again. The less of a surprise it is the better they will take it i guess. All sorts of things going on, hard to pin point.

The power structure openly communicate in double speak and their hand signals in plain view. Complete contempt for the public which is largely asleep. And if you don't think they are not using hand signals you simply don't know enough.
