re: volt..........think markets are headed up I was expecting Oct next year to be a nasty fall.

The exception is when it is the completion of a long decline.

"Someone" elsewhere said that my idea of a 30 month cycle since Oct '87 with greater emphasis on 4X30 months or 10 years was meaningless.

What do you think.
