IMO , BAY shares holders will only realize a share up-tick is through a merger.

Bay shares have been manipulated here for years seeing the archives here i posted constantly the down-ticking and showing here the pump and dump where we see the side exchanges keeping BAY in a trading range between $ ,07 & $ ,12 cents.

BAY, irrelevent to AWM moving into a PFS, imo BAY shareholders will not enjoy this major document news.

BAY, shares trade in Canada under the TAX loss system where hidden shorts allow the INSTITUTIONS to keep a trading range while they make funds on the way down and on the way up..

IMO, a merger would see BAY % increase AWW = 60% BAY = 40 %

IMO, the PFS is enough to satisfy the Nunavut Gov, seeing this document includes all Logistics and DSO operation completely engineered. The BPFS imo would not be required seeing Taurus Hedge Fund has their back..

IMO, BAY, flashing on its own a 400,000 tn cu, 43-101 owning 20 % would only see the side St, again sell into the news and cover their shorts keeping shares stuck in their trading range.
AWM, also see"s their share being stuck in a trading range.

IMO, after a merger here what ever the share float keeping BAY sym or BAW owning in Nunavut Canada a PFS, 400,000ton cu, would allow the big boys to deal with BAW as one co,. seeing a $ 4 billion PFS.

IMO, a merger with new sym, would eliminate the side street shuffling and see the share price rise according to the 43-101-PFS..
