ahh, TC yes, why do things get so personal on this forum? You're right its time to listen to one another.
Look, I am not a property investor. And I am inclined to think that prices will fall, but I think that there are many factors that are making investing in property look very attractive for me at the moment. And I am actually out there now kicking tyres, so I do like to come on this forum and read the different views and kick some tyres here too.
