the doom and gloom serial cut and pasters missed the boat and dont own, of course there's distressed sellers out there atm also the smart big players are circling its all part of the cycle.
there are area's/ certain classes of property where there is little on offer to be taken up, it would be helpfull if the permabears could make their points as such a little more clear.
fwiw, there are alot of ladder climbers with houses on the market atm who are'nt forced sellers.
