Not suggesting a JV, just figured it was interesting to take a look at the ann and wondering if others could see any synergies or benefits long term. Where some see misfortune others can see value / opportunity. At least a few groups are talking to them, would be interesting to know who. They do hold around 78 million of our shares after all.
No question TAM have their work cut out for them, SP was 0.80 cents late last year and in 2009 reached $1.62.
We are in the same business and our tenement's are very close together. A bridge to far? Most likely, however there was some negotiation at one point re. the possibility of toll treatment, tables have turned since then.
