    Yes as far as MMX is concerned.

    Don't expect a counter bid to evenuate.

    This deal locks others out as once OPR agreement with WA Gov is novated to Mitsubishi there is no value left in MMX for infrastructure.

    MMX clearly stated no other parties interested in bidding so only deal on the table.
