88E will update the market on operations as and when market sensitive news is available
standard operations in Oil & Gas dictate that there are always time delays which is very commonplace
they are using a workover rig and drilling should be pretty smooth to this depth....testing is the hard bit where it gets more complicated
the Alaskan Govt have no control over when and what 88e announce to the market
