Dart shareholders have not been offered a "cheap exchange rate" .
Far from being a lowball offer the proposed merger gives us more protection against a lowball offer in future than we have now .
Both Igas and Dart are currently under valued .
If you look at the underlying assets excluding New South Wales Igas looks better and is far more developed .
I am based in the UK and don't like AIM which is why I initially dumped my Dart shares when Dart originally mooted moving there .
Are you miffed about delisting from the ASX or listing on AIM rather than the main market in London ?
Or for a different reason such as restrictions preventing Australian investors placing shares listed on overseas exchanges in super funds ?
