    All sounds wonderful Tcisboss but hell I am getting very anxious that this JV wont get signed. Its been over a month now you would think all the t's would be crossed and the i's dotted by now. The longer this goes the more shaky this deal signing will become. Their initial confidence in this JV being signed off before the 90 days is starting to look very weak indeed.
