Not sure why that would be suspect, Alcoa are paying the bills here, at 60% ownership its their decision to make.

Where do you get that one from?
If they plowed ahead with 7 & 8 without doing everything they can in the lower zones, we would be smashing them for not giving due diligence to the lower zones of the project.
7 & 8 are the upside, or the fall back, if zones 4,5 & 6 can't flow eithout water.
