    Love, agree completely, Alcoa will only spend if contractractually forced to or will make money immediately. If the gas is an issue I would not be surprised if they were to shut the Perth Smelter down. At todays prices they would possibly loose less money. Their only issue in doing that is of course sacking and retraining staff.
