Yuro, I looked into this a month or two ago with Svengali and we figured that Cady's coal assets were about 120 miles away.
There is U in the water as we also researched that too. Do you know if the water can be reduced and transported or do you think PEN might toll other coal assets locally? We hoped to charge for the tolling and have the resultant U for free !! Good post mate.
