Most definitely and the answer isn't piping to Lance or transporting water it is "Remote Ion Exchange Units) (RIX or IEU's).
I know PEN is very aware of this as it is a matter I queried regarding Lance some time ago.
They could use the RIX to produce resin beads loaded with uranium, then transport them to the CPP at Lance for processing.
PEN has already applied for the permit to do just this as a part of the permit to mine. IMO this has been completely overlooked by the market, and most definitely has here by many.
