Unfortunately every time there is a price sensitive event they go back to market and raise more money. No doubt they will do it again before releasing the DFS. The share price has never been able to consolidate and then run. Basically Morgans raise some money and then they look to exit as soon as there is any sign of momentum

Also, they have been considering offers on the zinc assets for how long? 12 months? The market just doesn’t believe MTA can get deals done and are probably thinking that they will not be able to get an offtake partner on the graphite too
