    I wonder if Sidswingerhead is on the money in Hanlong supporting the price to assist SDL value in JV negotiations. Perhaps that is why they are always called supportive?? Ubless there is a non-Chinese JV partner in the mix, I guess that is at odds with the Chinese not outbidding each other however.
    Just tossing it about in my head.
