Ok Currajong, nice first post on the SDL thread, you are a thinker my colleague.Agree that this could be a scenario that must be looked at.I have also posted a couple of times about the possibility we could reatin a % with HanlonG becoming the controlling equity, maybe with current offer, maybe slightly sweetened.This will certainly satisfy all parties concerned, with Hanlong needing our expertise, or they will have to JV somewhere else.Haven't manage to track down yet any other examples where the T/O entity leaves a % for the parent but if you have any examples would be keen to know. Also what do you mean by by the month's life span of the offer?
