How long can the board sit there I guess with the share price getting killed is the question.
Their remuneration also will be voted against as well as their reputations embarrassed if this gets worse. That's what Regal are counting on so they throw in the towel. If they can come out with raised guidance on profit, that will help.
They need to pull out some good news or this will keep sinking.
