My understanding is that debt is secured against the plant & equipment, so if you look at a few ratios of NWH and competitors you get this picture:
Total debt: PP&E (31 Dec 14):
NWH: 73.7%
EHL: 69.3%
MAH: 51.2%
If you look at Net Debt to PP&E:
NWH: 12.3%
EHL: 63.3%
MAH: 13.6%
