From what I understand, if the hearing before the Federal Court fails, then all bets will be off. For the moment. The prospectus did mention that satisfying Chapters 1 & 2 was a prerequisite for all of this, but it seems that all of this has now advanced well past the point of no return and that only two things could/will be possible should the hearing fail. Either withdraw the whole thing and apologetically refund all monies paid in good faith, or push on, remain in suspension and see what happens next. I don't know, but the consequences of failure in the FC seems rather sombre. Just my gut feeling. The article in the SMH in 2015 re the 1 in 12 stones has left me rather unsettled, it may be nothing, but it gives all of us pause for thought. Anyway, another week has passed, nothing either way, maybe we will all wake up to some good news come Monday? Best wishes to all.
