Court case should settle, it will most likely just take a while. Don’t count on being trading again this year.
There are articles more worrying than that particular one about pnina, I remember reading another SMH article a while ago and was astounded. It’s quite obvious things are very different now, but the need for an independent director is absolutely massive.
