Hi BigDaniel, I accept that what I wrote last night might be read in a number of ways. Not at all to upset or confuse anybody. Just feeling that this has gone on so much longer than any reasonable person would care to believe. It isn't so much that all existing holders have had their own capital held up for quite a long time, but also my feeling that people may have tied their money up on the CR last September, now just held in limbo. Unable to change their minds. I do think that in principle it is wrong that at a time like this, nobody is able to say, "I'm out - let me have my money back, I'm going, I'm off" - It seems so silly that not just the applicants for the recent CR, but all holders of QBL, are stuck. We are all stuck.
All that I meant by referencing Christmas was just to remind all of us that some months ago there was great hope that maybe there would be good news for a positive lift by now. It doesn't seem like it isn't going to happen this side of Christmas, that's all.
I meant nothing more than trying to articulate what I feel is a growing and justifiable dissatisfaction with all of this. At the very least, one would have thought that QBL would have sorted out all of the requirements of Chapter 1 and 2, considered everything first, before inviting people to subscribe. I just find it somewhat awkward and very difficult for anybody who paid up early only to find that their money is now held up. That's all.
That the raising offer and so many ammendments have taken place by now, I think that it would be pertinent that an offer to refund monies paid to date by anybody who wishes to redraw from this commitment would be appropriate.
To me that would be fair.
I meant no harm by my comments and naturally wish all holders of QBL/CGB the best of luck xx

A question for you - are you aware that as part of the relisting a CR is required? They can't be done separately in cases such as this.. ill find the ref if you want but its in there with asx/asic.

If people put up CR funds in September (come on, saying 'last september' sounds like a desperate attempt to downramp) they should have read the CR notes. It says the risks. If they didnt read them, and now complain, welcome to the real world imo.

I didnt participate in the CR as I already have sufficient exposure, but was aware of the delay risk as someone who didn't even participate.
