Ok so this is me just thinking out loud, I have been back researching BNE to see if there was anything keeping the price down. Seems BNE has had a bit of a turbulent past, including issues with La Jolla and cap raising.

They had ~5.6 Million shares in February - with an agreement to hold until 25th of May, plus an agreement they can only sell at a rate less than 10% of shares traded each day. Using that data I had a look at how many shares have traded since the 25th equal to or above 0.02, as this seems to be the critical point. Ends up being between 50 - 55 million, so if it has been La Jolla selling shares and keeping the price down, then they could potentially about to be out of shares.

Obviously this is all speculation and Occam's razor might say that its just the lack of news that's keeping the price down.

Any thoughts?
