Don't think so, at the AGM Air Pocket was discussed and it is very far from "missing the boat". DCC stipulated not only at the AGM but with the interview that Alex did with Leigh, which confirmed , Air Pocket is far from dead.

Looking at how a deal may have been negotiated by DCC :

DCC advisors on the ICO for Bankeria, but also use DCC Air Pocket once Bankeria gets more established.

DCC only advisors on top end projects, hence why I was thinking down the lines of Bankeria using Air Pocket ! Thinking out side the square & out loud ! Happy to hodl, .
