in a hot space, the ability of say LLL cash, to unlock the needed finance on AAU, triggers major upside in domino assets to develop.

Of course, if you are just backing the frenzy, not the actual dividends to growth, maybe the market overall is toppy.
It depends on where you think the money is to be made, on a news alert of a gold intersection, or the re-rating of a domino of assets needing finance cash to trigger their uplift.
