Reggie, your explanation of the banks options is the exact reason I have not sold since December 07, I have slowing been accruing to this date (right now I wish I had more cash).
The banks right now cannot afford not have their stock of trade (money) not earning income. Quietly on the bank's books a lot of business large and small are hurting.
To have the capital tied up with Administrators/liquidation and the associated complexities for 3-5 years not earning income would be out right foolish. The flow on effect to other commercial property prices will take out other banks customers. Centro is not the only business highly geared at the moment. If the Centro's malls in the US start losing tenants,,, then worry.
