I'm not sure if this news is old or new but it is a September issue.But suggested offers from potential firm meaning this might indicate to the lenders that someone else might rank their money ahead of Centro's Lenders which might also mean that bankers are scared to let other consortium funds rank ahead of their funds.
Maybe potential bidders from these consortiums are looking after the interests of(shareholders) of centro stock who purchased under 50cents but not to the interest of stakeholders which bought well over $1-2 and in some cases $4-5
