JRV - I'm not sure that a business case would stack up that easily for retrofitting data centres - especially when capital is hard to come by. Although TZ have certainly said that it is part of their target market.
IMHO it will be an easier sell into new constructions where there there is no rework required.
Anyway - its all a bit of educated speculation on my part. I know a bit about data centres but don't profess to be an expert.
