In the order of 133M shares which together with the outstanding options and convertible notes is a total of slightly over 800M shares on issue with a dilution of between 30 to 35 %.
Personally I don't have a problem with this sort of number provided that we secure a trade sale in the order of 25 to 30 cents per share with the expectation that this figure rises and gets bigger with the NovaDel acquisitions.
A lower figure would be although acceptable somewhat disappointing and not in line with the suffering endured by the LT holders.
Remaining as always, eternally optimistic.
